SmartVoice is a digital multi-channel voice recording system that consists of: The recorder server that digitize the incoming voice information, compress and archive to different media storage device and locations.

The recorder monitor, client software provides system management and easy calls playback. The Archive Devices archive voice information to any logical drive within the server and network. This is excellent voice recording tools designed for Contact Centre, Trading Floor, Public Safety, Air traffic control, Securities and Utilities.

  • Digital Recording Function: After processing the voice information into digital format data, the system compresses and archive all the call records into the disk device. The advantage over the traditional record tape is to avoid the important information to be damped, magnetized and frayed.
  • Offering Manifold Hardware Interface Port: The whole range of SmartVoice products support analog line, PABX digital extension, VoIP, T1/E1, ISDN, radio communication and RADAR recording. Besides, it supports trigger modes of on/off-hook, VOX, DTMF, Event trigger, IPCtrl and CTI real-time data & CDR capture.
  • Convenient and Quick Search: Carry out quick search for the relevant record files through combining the conditions by putting Extension number, Agent ID, Calling number, Dialed number, Note, Date and Time.
  • User Friendly Interface: Easy to operate user interface, monitor, search, playback, review events logs, setup user & user privilege, all in one simple menu.
  • Rigorous Security Rules: Multi-level user password setup, distribute the relevant purviews according to the operator rights, administrators, agents and auditors.
  • Events logs and System alerts: Maintain all event logs on daily base and keep audit trail for future reference. Release audible and visual alert in case of system malfunction. Send e-mail or SMS to inform administrators.
  • Diversified Playback Modes: Select a list of call records, playback one by one or playback Simultaneously. During the call playback, the record can be paused, forwarded, backward, and played by segments. Call data will also be shown on the screen. Playback the desired call is as easy as pick up a telephone, listen to the voice menu and select the call to playback. Or, through the web browser and traditional network client, select the call to playback.
